Head for a Win is run by Richard Collins who lectures Sport Science at Hartpury College, Gloucestershire. Richard is currently a BPS accedited Sport and Exercise Psychologist in training. He is also a Qualified Occupational tester to a BPS standard of Level B Intermediate.

Richard  recenty spent six months with the  Tournament Golf College (TGC) as the in-house sport psychologist. The TGC is a degree programme designed for golfers who are looking to become tour players. Richard not only taught psychology on this programme but provided one-to-one support for all of the students on the course. Since returning from the TGC many of the students have won county competitions and also achieved regional and international honours.
