Richard can provide workshops/lessons aimed at any area within the Sport Psychology domain. Richard's particular interests lie in team dynamics, anxiety, attention and goal setting and is able to structure any particular knowledge around the existing structure of teaching in your PE department. These lessons or workshops are highly interactive and are geared to provide the most up-to-date research available as well as its applied implications with the world of sport psychology.

The workshops can be tailored to suit you as a department but the applied knowledge the students gain from employing a practising sport psychologist as a teaching aid could prove invaluable in the exams for the students.
